1. Large Language Models as a Service (LLMaas) for WOG

This page will introduce GovText's LLMaaS. The goal of LLMaaS is to accelerate AI adoption across the Whole-of-Government (WOG) by building and serving reusable AI services.

  • ✦ Some of you may already be using this service through the sponsored API key, which provides access to LLMs for Project Type A (WOG-level) and Project Type B (Agency-level).

  • ✦ LLMaaS addresses a common challenge among developers: enabling the sending and processing of data/information classified as Restricted (Sensitive Normal) by LLMs.

  • ✦ While this service is in closed-beta stage at this moment, in the near future, agencies will be able to subscribe to the service and allow their officers to have access the LLMs hosted by the LLMaas, to be used to power their applications.

LLMaas is just one of the services on GovText's Platform Services.

  • ✦ Govtext's platform services also provide "Retrieval-Augmented Generation-as-a-Service (RAGaaS)". This service shortens time-to-value by allowing builders to concentrate on the core aspects of their applications, rather than navigating the complexities of RAG pipelines.
